A wonderful and humbling experience

I have previously visited FloLo Holistic for a yoga easy flow class on the penthouse, while on Classpass. The location is very central and easy to get to and the room energy and light coming through is simply invigorating! I had the opportunity to be invited to a free 60 min Animal Flow with Larry and hos awesome wife who joined us to capture the moment and showcase some movements. The group size was perfect, so there was a lot of room to move, the prompts and modifications offered were valuable, and the light coming through the glass complemented the experience. What a great way to start a Sunday afternoon. Also, learning something new, connecting with new people, and sharing a collective energy. Additionally, it was humbling to see how challenging the ground base movements were, even for seasoned yoga practitioners and fitness regulars. It was also very interesting to move off the mat; I was very skeptical at first, but it happened organically! I loved trying something new, the instructor was amazing, the group energy was very welcoming, and I left feeling both worked out and energized.
