Refund & Cancellation Policies
Refunds: All purchases made on our website are final and non-refundable.
Cancellations: Provide a 24 hour notice if you need to change, reschedule, or cancel your appointment via email or phone:
Late Cancel/No Show: 50% charge of your booked service
Late Cancel/No Show Prepaid: Your service will be lost and not usable
Late Arrivals: Receive a deduction of your service time and have the remaining amount of time duration left to use
