Private Yoga Class
Looking to start or deepen your personal yoga practice? If you have never experienced yoga but you’re curious where to start and don’t want to jump right into group classes, a 60 minute, private lesson just might be for you! Our yoga privates focus on harmonizing breath and movement while developing a safe and consistent yoga practice.
- The movement and the emotional release that comes from it is medicine to the body.
- Each yoga pose targets a specific part of our physical and emotional body therefore pushing us to gain more clarity, feel more present and grow stronger with every single breath.
- A private lesson allows the time and space to ask questions. There are so many layers to the practice that we often don’t get to learn all of them in a group class.
