Do I need to wear anything special? The float bed is completely dry and does not require any specific type of clothing. You can wear anything you are comfortable in. However, do not wear any sharp jewelry or have anything sharp in your pockets.

Is Acupuncture safe? The risks of acupuncture are low if you have a competent, certified acupuncture practitioner using sterile needles. Single-use, disposable needles are now the practice standard, so the risk of infection is minimal.

Does it hurt? Insertion of the needles usually causes little to no discomfort.
