My name is Kaleel Watkins or Kai. I have held many titles and many roles in the NYC charter educational system for a decade. Beyond that, I am a being of love and light who uses play, meditation, mindfulness and yoga practices to help diverse communities build their breath awareness practices. My primary style of yoga practice is slow vinyasa flow yoga that is embedded with yoga philosophy. I also bring various sound healing, meditative and aromatherapy items to help aid in the healing journey during classes. Yoga is a spiritual practice with physical benefits that can help us clear stagnant energy from our auric field, chakra channels, mind, and bodies so that we can continue to lead our most present lives.
