With the word "Breathe" tattooed on her wrist, Jessica reminded herself of the connection between mind and breath long before practicing yoga. Amidst a hectic NYC lifestyle, discovering yoga provided her with ways to tackle anxiety, prioritize well-being, and discover the mind-body connection.
Jessica completed her 200-hour certification with The Corner Yoga. She loves being a student and believes yoga is a lifelong practice.
Through a lighthearted approach, Jessica combines traditional vinyasa with playful sequences and a dash of inspiration. Her classes create an uplifting environment where students of all levels can tap into their inner strength and leave feeling empowered.
