As a member, you’ll also receive a FREE Healing Room Session each month, with options like Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Zero Gravity Dry Floatation, Salt Therapy Cave, and more — the perfect complement to your practice.

Cancellation Policy: Memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds for memberships after the month (membership period) has begun. Please note that unused Healing Room sessions do not roll over to the following month.

How many yoga and meditation classes can I attend? Unlimited during the month of your membership.

Can I use my free healing room session anytime? You must redeem your free healing room session within each month. Unused healing room sessions do not carry over to the following month.

Do I need any special equipment? We provide mats, blocks, and straps as needed.

Can I come to a class if I am a beginner? All classes are available for all levels.
