Vīrya specializes in teaching transcending meditation using real-time neurofeedback to help individuals deepen self-awareness and build a profound connection with their mind.

Transcending the mind leads to a state of pure awareness by calming the mind, similar to the natural stillness felt during deep sleep but with full self-awareness. This process involves two phases: inward (transcending) and outward (normalization), which mirror the restorative effects of sleep and enhance our conscious experience.     Participate in two 5-minute EEG sessions measuring your Alpha Peak Frequency (APF) before and after a Cognitive Readiness exercise. APF is a crucial measure of cognitive health, helping us understand how stress, sleep, and meditation impact our mental performance.
  • Transcending Meditation vs. Mindfulness:
    Learn the difference between mindfulness and transcending meditation. While mindfulness refines personal awareness, transcending guides the mind into a state of stillness and pure awareness, similar to deep sleep but with full self-awareness intact. This unique practice increases Alpha brain activity, promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
