Mat Pilates 

This mat Pilates class is focused on the fundamentals and designed to be accessible and challenging for all levels. You will engage all of the “Powerhouse” muscles: abdominals, back muscles, glutes, inner thighs, and hamstrings. You will learn to move your body with precision and control; build strength and tone; and stretch and lengthen almost every muscle in your body. This class is upbeat and fun—it will get your heart pumping and Powerhouse muscles burning!

Hip Opening Stretch

The focus in this class is on stretching the hip area muscles and joints. Deep stretching not only increases flexibility, but also releases emotional tensions and stress. Constantly adjusting the body to right alignment will correct your overall posture and be in tune with your breath.

Open Level Vinyasa Flow

All Levels are welcome for this Vinyasa Flow class, where we focus on healthy alignment and safely opening up the body at your own pace. Vinyasa yoga becomes a moving meditation, building strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind through breath-synchronized movement. Classes target the whole body with a mixture of seated, standing, and bending postures. Verbal and physical adjustments are offered, as well as modifications to suit each student. Come as you are, and begin to deepen your unique self-exploration & appreciation through yoga.

Reiki & Meditate

Experience an increased sense of peace, reduction of pain, and leave feeling recharged. We will start with a guided meditation and move into a group Reiki healing session where the participant will gently lay their hands on participants’ shoulders and ankles. During this class, participants will have the option to sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

Vinyasa

All levels are welcome for this powerful vinyasa flow where we tune into self love & self commitment. We focus on alignment and safely opening up the body at your own pace and tune into our breath and into our body with movement.With a mixture of seated, standing and bending poses we will make sure to target every part of the body.

There is no expectation, come as you are.

Slow Vinyasa

All levels are welcome for this gentle yet powerful vinyasa flow where we tune into self love & self commitment. We focus on alignment and safely opening up the body at your own pace and tune into our breath and into our body with movement. With a mixture of seated, standing and bending poses we will make sure to target every part of the body.

Reiki & Meditate

Vinyasa and Stretch 

Vinyasa & Stretch class is a combination of asanas and stretching exercises open to all levels. Experience from moving your entire physical body through standing to seated asanas, finishing with a pleasant and full body stretch. Join us to this complete class and leave feeling energized and ready for the rest of your day!

Bilingual Yoga

In our bilingual yoga flow (Spanish and English), you will be learning from two instructors, Tatiana and Yanuaria. One will be teaching and demonstrating the different postures or asanas and the other will be assisting and guiding you with alignment and adjustments. We consider this class to be special and unique because you’ll experience yoga from a different perspective.

We work through repetition & affirmations to break through barriers in the mind and body on and off the mat, understanding ourselves deeper so we can bring this awareness with us all through life. There is no expectation, come as you are. Let’s breathe.

Sunday Yoga & Stretch

Start with four sun salutations to warm up, sail into a vinyasa flow to energize and strengthen and end with stretches on the mat to calm down. And will always spare 10 minutes for meditation. Welcoming students of all ages, shapes and backgrounds!
