Mondays

Bilingual Yoga Flow

In our bilingual yoga flow (Spanish and English), you will be learning from two instructors, Tatiana and Yanuaria. One will be teaching and demonstrating the different postures or asanas and the other will be assisting and guiding you with alignment and adjustments. We consider this class to be special and unique because you’ll experience yoga from a different perspective.

6:30PM – 7:30PM

Hip Opening Stretch

The focus in this class is on stretching the hip area muscles and joints. Deep stretching not only increases flexibility, but also releases emotional tensions and stress. Constantly adjusting the body to right alignment will correct your overall posture and be in tune with your breath.

7:30PM – 8PM

Reiki & Meditate

Experience an increased sense of peace, reduction of pain, and leave feeling recharged. We will start with a guided meditation and move into a group Reiki healing session where the participant will gently lay their hands on participants’ shoulders and ankles. During this class, participants will have the option to sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

Slow Vinyasa

All levels are welcome for this gentle yet powerful vinyasa flow where we tune into self love & self commitment. We focus on alignment and safely opening up the body at your own pace and tune into our breath and into our body with movement. With a mixture of seated, standing and bending poses we will make sure to target every part of the body.

Meditation for Stress: Beginners

Unwind your mind and allow the stress and anxiety of the day to settle down. Rest your mind with a simple yet powerful guided mindfulness meditation designed for beginners. We start with a relaxing meditation to calm our mind and focus on our breath and then explore a theme or perspective with each session. This will be a sitting meditation where students have the option to sit on the ground or on a chair.

Meditative Yin Yoga

Our yin yoga class is a gentle and slow-paced class that focuses on connection to the breath and long-hold poses. The stillness experienced in this asana practice will bring about a sense of calm in both the mind and body. Join us for 60 minutes of surrender, rejuvenation and restoration.

Meditation for Beginners

This meditation class is a space for those who would like to start experiencing meditation. Our instructor will be giving you breathing techniques and some other tools for you to start training your attention to the present moment and to clear and pacify the mind. Take 30 minutes of your day, and let’s begin the journey to your inner self.

Vinyasa Yoga

All levels are welcome for this gentle yet powerful vinyasa flow where we tune into self love & self commitment. We focus on alignment and safely opening up the body at your own pace and tune into our breath and into our body with movement. With a mixture of seated, standing and bending poses we will make sure to target every part of the body. We work through repetition & affirmations to break through barriers in the mind and body on and off the mat, understanding ourselves deeper so we can bring this awareness with us all through life. There is no expectation, come as you are. Let’s breathe.

Meditation for Beginners w/ Tati

This meditation class is a space for those who would like to start experiencing meditation . Sunday Yoga & Stretch

Start with four sun salutations to warm up, sail into a vinyasa flow to energize and strengthen and end with stretches on the mat to calm down. And will always spare 10 minutes for meditation. Welcoming students of all ages, shapes and backgrounds!

Our private yoga classes focus on harmonizing breath and movement while developing a safe and consistent yoga practice. A private lesson allows the time and space to ask questions.
