Through personal growth and emotional transformation, Serina has gained deep insight and wisdom about her own mental health that has allowed her to seek guidance, compassionately listen, and share her illuminations with others. Upon moving to New York, she obtained her yoga teaching certification at Atmananda Yoga Studio in Queens, NY. During her training, she learned, first-hand, the power of healing through movement and yoga instruction. Since then, it has been her passion to share her knowledge and guide others to be able to find healing through deep connection of the mind, the body, and the breath. She believes in mindful awareness, intention, and ease of movement as foundations for overall well-being.
