Looking to start or deepen your personal yoga practice? If you have never experienced yoga but you’re curious where to start and don’t want to jump right into group classes, a private lesson just might be for you! Our yoga privates focus on harmonizing breath and movement while developing a safe and consistent yoga practice.

  • The movement and the emotional release that comes from it is medicine to the body.
  • Each yoga pose targets a specific part of our physical and emotional body therefore pushing us to gain more clarity, feel more present and grow stronger with every single breath.
  • A private lesson allows the time and space to ask questions. There are so many layers to the practice that we often don’t get to learn all of them in a group class.
  • We will work together to create a schedule, gain deeper understanding and create customized sessions just for YOU!
