  • Refund Policy: No refunds!
  • Late Cancellation/No Show Policy:If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your booked service.
  • Late Cancel/No Show Prepaid: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up to your appointment and you have already purchased your service, you will lose this service.
  • Late Arrivals: In the event you arrive late to your scheduled service, you will receive a deduction your service time and will have the remaining amount of time left to use the service.
