Julia is an RYT-200 with a passion for combining breath and movement. She has used yoga and breathwork to promote alignment of the body and mind, both in her personal life and for her students. This interest led her to pursue additional trainings in mindfulness meditation, pranayama, and other types of breathwork.
After experiencing stress and burnout from years of working in construction management, Julia uses her background to help others undergoing the same. Her goal is to cultivate a sense of calm both on the mat and off.
